On the 3rd of November 2020, the president of Romania, Klaus Iohannis, signed the decoration decree for Nora Blaj. As a sign of recognition and appreciation for her prestigious career dedicated to the fine arts and for her significant contribution to promoting the image of Romania in the United Kingdom, Nora Blaj was conferred the Order of Cultural Merit for Fine Arts.
